egX Group’s business is to establish, own and operate securities exchanges around the world for the listing and trading of real estate related securities. Our mission is two-fold:

1. to provide an innovative and efficient marketplace for the trading of real estate securities in a regulated, liquid and transparent environment.
2. To capitalize on the growth potential of for-profit securities exchanges.

Currently, there are no other securities exchanges in the world that focus solely on listing, trading and facilitating the securitization of real estate. We are the first public company to launch a securities exchange and we are structured to expand globally.

Real estate is abundant, but few can participate in the majority of quality projects as the price of admission is out of reach for many investors. Real estate securities listed on egX will provide alternative investment vehicles for institutional investors, mutual funds, pension funds as well as retail investors. Property owners will have access to an alternative source of capital. Investors, who currently have limited access to direct commercial real estate investment, will now have greater access and choice in an open and fair marketplace.

Although real estate is the world’s largest asset class and comprises over 54% of global financial wealth, it currently accounts for a very small percentage of listings on the world's major stock exchanges.



egX will list revenue-producing issuers, land banking, mortgage pools, infrastructure, real estate investment trusts and real estate companies. egX plans to rapidly increase the securitization of real estate by bringing issuers to a liquid and regulated marketplace with specially designed products and services to meet the needs of this sector.
