egX Group is a publicly traded company in the business of establishing securities exchanges around the world for the listing and trading of real estate related products. Currently, there are no other securities exchanges in the world that focus solely on facilitating the securitization of real estate. We are the first public company to launch an exchange and the first exchange to be structured to expand globally. egX Canada is our first marketplace to be deployed, launching in October, 2008.

Real estate is the largest asset class to undergo securitization, making it more accessible to a broader investment base. Currently, it is increasingly difficult for real estate entities to obtain financing due to the fallout of the sub-prime mortgage sector. Furthermore, investors need liquidity and transparency in order to encourage further investment into real estate.

egX Group will address both needs by:

• Providing alternative financing methods to real estate companies
• Providing investors with a wide variety of real estate investment options to enhance portfolio diversification
• Facilitating a regulated, efficient, and transparent environment for investors and issuers

• Real estate is a largely untapped industry in the capital markets. By becoming specialists of this industry, egX Group is well positioned to take advantage of the multi-billion dollar revenue potential that this market represents
• The business growth strategy focuses on creating partnerships that will fund expansion
• egX Canada is working towards launching its trading platform and processing listing in October 2008
• We are currently reviewing the scope to launch egX Europe, an egX Marketplace to service all MiFID compliant member states of the European Union
• The demutualization of exchanges began over a decade ago, making it a relatively young industry. There are 24 publicly traded exchanges in the word with market caps ranging from $150 million to over $28 billion. egX Group offers a ground floor opportunity to invest in the securities exchange business

• Deployment of new egX Marketplaces - We will generate fees for the deployment of new egX Marketplaces in key international financial centres, such as Europe and the Middle East
• Operating License and Service Agreement – fees for services provided for each new marketplace
• Operating Revenue of egX Marketplaces – related to issuer listings and sustaining fees, market data distribution, and investment dealer fees for access and specialty trading
• Investments in egX Marketplaces – we are seeking partners to expand around the world
