Real Property Issuers are listed issuers whose business is to operate a revenue-generating real estate asset, or a portfolio of revenue-generating real estate assets.

Real Property Issuers can be categorized into the following sub-sectors:

• Office
• Retail
• Multi-Family
• Industrial
• Hospitality
• Healthcare

Real Property Issuers are required to provide a comprehensive business plan that demonstrates the commercial viability of its business, as well as an appraisal or valuation report, prepared by an independent expert in accordance with industry standards, of the issuer’s land and existing improvements.
