egX Management Inc. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of egX Group and is responsible for managing the affairs of egX Group. egX Management provides management services to egX Group subsidiaries and is responsible for:

• Administering all regulatory and filing matters for egX Group, including all documents and disclosures required to be filed with SEDAR
• Establishing corporate governance and continuous disclosure policies and procedures in a manner consistent with the policies and regulations of TSX Venture Exchange, the BCSC and other applicable regulatory bodies
• Evaluating any new business proposals while ensuring that new business ventures follow the corporate direction of egX Group and do not create any unnecessary risks
• Reviewing policies and regulations for future growth of egX within Canada as well as internationally
• Providing regulatory, accounting, and legal services to egX Group and its subsidiaries
